AMR Process is the only supplier in the world of the Dual-Lock® high voltage entrance bushing. Electrostatic technology has been deleveloped in the past with the weakest point of design being the connection of high voltage supply to the operating pressure vessel. The Dual-Lock® HV Entrance Bushing eliminates this weakness, making it the standard that clients are demanding.

Transformers are supplied standard with single phase hookup of three phase electrical supply. This puts a high load on one phase which may cause an imbalance in the electrical generation. As a result, where this was a possible issue, it was normal practice to request three transformers, hooked up to each phase of a three phase supply, in order to balance loads. AMR Process has an optional AC-Tri® hook up that distributes the electrical load evenly over three phases in a SINGLE transformer.

Oil Stabilization
Oil Desulphurization
After reducing water to very low levels with AMR Process oil dehydration technology, it is necessary to stabilize the oil, reducing RVP, for process requirements, storage or transportation. This is performed by vaporizing the light hydrocarbons, allowing the heavier hydrocarbons to remain as liquids.

AMR Process can offer simple and effective, H2S removal from medium/lights oils utilizing high efficiency stripping processes. This can some times be accomodated in the stabilization process. Where extra removal is required AMR Process utilizes an extra stripping medium.
