AMR signs Technology Joint Venture

As AMR Process (www.amrprocess.com), continues to re-expand it's operations, we are pleased to announce the signing of a Technology Joint Venture with Fores Engineering (www.fores.it), part of the Rosetti Marino Group, headquartered in Italy.

AMR Process, brings it's licensed, advanced technology in oil & gas process equipment, joining with Fores extensive engineering resources and fabrication management, to provide the full oil & gas packages to the world wide industry.

"With this agreement, AMR & Fores can start bringing the full process process packages to strategic world-wide locations. Particularly AMR's advanced Light to Heavy Oil Electrostatic Dehydrators, Desalters and Heater Treaters, that are currently in huge demand all over the world. We are excited with the new possibilities as are honoured that Fores established this Technology JV with AMR Process."

The Technology JV has already achieved success with the building of AMR's an AC-Plus® Desalter for the Ivory Coast, due to be commissioned later this year.
